Prof. Branislava Lalić is a leading expert in agrometeorology and climate risk management, with over 20 years of experience in research, education, and international collaboration.
Her work focuses on micrometeorology, climate adaptation, and sustainable agriculture, with a strong emphasis on translating scientific knowledge into practical solutions for environmental and agricultural systems.
She has coordinated numerous national and international projects, contributing to the advancement of climate services and decision-support tools in agriculture. As a professor at the University of Novi Sad, she has played a key role in educating and mentoring the next generation of scientists in the field.

Dr Ana Firanj Sremac

Dr. Ana Firanj Sremac is a climate scientist specializing in agrometeorology, environmental modeling, process modeling and data-driven analysis of complex Earth systems.
Her work focuses on understanding and modeling climate–vegetation interactions across scales—from field measurements to large-scale datasets—combining micrometeorological observations, satellite data, and reanalysis products. She develops innovative approaches for detecting and interpreting seasonal dynamics, with particular emphasis on translating temperature-based signals into ecosystem responses.
Ana is actively advancing the application of digital twin concepts in climate science, integrating high-resolution environmental data with modeling frameworks to support decision-making in agriculture and environmental management.
Her expertise also includes the design of data workflows aligned with FAIR principles, enabling reproducible, scalable, and interoperable environmental analyses.
At Climate Smart Solutions, she leads the development of climate intelligence systems that bridge scientific insight and real-world application—transforming environmental data into actionable knowledge.

MSc Vladimir Koci

Vladimir is a molecular biologist specialized in immunology, with a strong foundation in physics that allows him to connect molecular-level processes with population-level health outcomes.
His work sits at the intersection of molecular biology, environmental epidemiology, and public health, with a particular focus on how air pollution influences neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
Over the past year, he has expanded his expertise in data analysis and computational methods, completing certified training in Python, R, biostatistics (Stanford), and infectious disease epidemiology (ISGlobal). He has also presented collaborative research on urban air pollution at the University of Copenhagen.
